The Role
As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Brand, Marketing & Growth Manager to help define, develop and communicate the INK story, strengthen the studio's profile and create meaningful opportunities for future growth.
This role is about more than marketing. At INK, growth comes through creativity and relationships. You'll play a key role in how we present ourselves to the world, amplifying our strongest work and creating opportunities that contribute to the long-term success of the studio.
Working closely with leadership, producers, artists and designers, you'll help shape the future of the INK brand while building relationships that open doors to new collaborations and partnerships.
As a highly collaborative studio environment, this role is based full-time onsite, working closely with leadership, producers and artists and playing an active part in the day-to-day life of the studio.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys combining strategic thinking with hands-on delivery and wants to play a visible role in the next phase of growth for an ambitious creative studio. The role offers significant scope for development and is intended to evolve into a more senior position as the business grows.
What you'll be doing
- Developing and maintaining a clear, compelling and consistent brand narrative for INK
- Identifying and leading initiatives that increase awareness, visibility and engagement
- Defining how our work is presented across our website, social channels and external communications
- Ensuring completed projects are quickly transformed into high-quality case studies and marketing content
- Supporting business development activity through targeted outreach and relationship building
- Identifying opportunities for awards, industry features, partnerships and media exposure
- Creating thought leadership content that positions INK as a leading voice in CGI, design and emerging technology
- Representing INK at industry events, conferences and networking opportunities
- Working with studio leadership to identify target sectors, clients and growth opportunities
- Creating and overseeing presentations, marketing materials and pitch collateral
- Collaborating closely with artists, producers and leadership to understand and promote ongoing work
London, Full-Time
Essential Experience
- Experience in a brand, marketing, growth or business development role within a creative, design-led, agency or production environment
- Experience increasing brand visibility, audience engagement or commercial opportunities through successful marketing or brand initiatives
- Experience creating and managing content across multiple channels, including websites, social media and marketing materials
- Experience building and maintaining external relationships with clients, partners, media contacts or industry stakeholders
- Strong copywriting, storytelling and communication skills
- Experience managing multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously
Desirable Experience
- Experience working with luxury, beauty, technology or lifestyle brands
- Experience supporting new business activity, lead generation or partnership development
- Experience securing media coverage, submitting awards or delivering PR activity
- Experience creating thought leadership content or industry insight campaigns
- Knowledge of CGI, animation, design, creative production or emerging technologies

You'll be a great fit if...
You've previously worked in a creative agency, studio or design-led business and can demonstrate how you've helped raise brand visibility, build industry relationships and create opportunities that contributed to business growth.

- Building meaningful relationships with prospective clients, collaborators and industry partners
