Internship Programs

We believe in supporting new and emerging talent as part of our INK Summer Internship Programme, which promotes creativity, learning, and the opportunity for collaboration within a professional studio environment.

INK Summer Internship Programme is available to all students enrolled on any 3D and/or Design related degree or anyone who has a great interest and passion for any of these subjects. You can apply for an internship for up to three months and this is a full-time contract and you will be paid London Living Wage for the duration of your internship.

Shortlisted candidates will be contacted via email and will be asked to attend an online or in-house interview. We look at this interview as a chance for us to get to know you a bit more, and as an opportunity for you to ask us any questions.

Following the interview, we will get in touch to let you know if you’ve been successfully selected for an internship and offer feedback regardless of outcome to answer any questions and provide any valuable support we can offer.

To be eligible for an internship, you must already have the right to work in the UK. Unfortunately, we are not able to sponsor visas and work permits for the programme at this stage.

We are able to sponsor visa applications for individuals who come from outside the UK on a full-time contract and will be using a Skilled Worker Visa.

A Skilled Worker visa allows you to come to or stay in the UK to do an eligible job with an approved employer; we can offer the Certificate of Sponsorship which will include details and the required information about the role you’ve been offered at INK.

Interview

If your application has been shortlisted, you will be contacted by the team for an initial chat, just to get to know you a bit more and ask a few questions to support your application.

Test Project

For some roles, depending on your experience you might be reviewed on your skills. If applicable, you will be sent a short test project to complete and return to us.

Visit the Studio

If you've successfully passed your test project, we will invite you to a test day in our London based studio. We want you to see how the studio works, meet the team, and get a chance to show us your skills.
