The Role
We’re looking for a passionate Junior Graphic Motion Designer to join our Motion team!
This is an opportunity to work on ambitious, high-end creative projects while developing your craft alongside experienced designers and creative directors. You’ll help bring bold ideas to life through motion - creating elegant typography, dynamic brand visuals, and refined animations seen by audiences worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create beautiful, design-led motion graphics for brand campaigns, films, and digital content.
- Animate typography, layouts, and visual systems with precision and strong timing.
- Develop storyboards, styleframes, and motion concepts.
- Collaborate closely with designers, art directors, and 3D artists.
- Support the team in delivering premium-quality creative work.
- Continuously refine your craft and develop new technical and creative skills.

Key Requirements:
- A strong portfolio showing motion design and graphic design fundamentals.
- Strong skills in After Effects.
- Good understanding of typography, layout, and composition.
- Passion for motion design, branding, and visual storytelling.
- Curiosity and initiative to share your creative input.
- Positive attitude and collaborative mindset.
- Keen interest in design-led, high-end visual aesthetics
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
Desirables:
- Experience with Cinema 4D, Blender, or other 3D tools.
- Editing skills (Premiere Pro or similar).
